Only credible thing I've read in Spain is that Malaga have not received an offer for the player despite links in media- I suspect that means Everton has thus far only negotiated with player/agents

Don't forget, buyout clauses are not as straightforward as in England. Malaga might insist on taxes to push fee above €6 million (8-10million)

Sounds like an excuse by his agent to bide time for someone else to come in for the player. Lets move on and get a proper striker and if this deal comes back to us then fine

When were you at Breckfield? I was there from the opening day in April 1976 until moving south on promotion at the end of December 1986... Prior to Breckfield opening, I worked at the Kirkdale Area Office on Stanley Road.

Did you know there was a big Breckfield reunion party a couple of years ago?

Short spell at Breckfield was in the 2000s.......you will have known Messrs Sexton, Vasco, Spence, et al during your time there ....my present better half also worked there when Steers house split...she was Jean Fee then
