Everton are understood to have completed a deal to sign Sandro Ramirez.
And an announcement over his £5.2m transfer from Malaga is expected today.
The 21-year-old is on international duty with Spain's under-21s in Poland but it is believed an Everton delegation flew out to finalise the deal yesterday.
Sandro becomes the Blues' third signing of the summer following the captures of Jordan Pickford and Davy Klaassen and takes their spending close to £60m in deals.
Everton moved into pole position to land the former Barcelona striker after Atletico Madrid had a transfer ban upheld.
Sandro held talks with Blues' chiefs last week and passed a medical after they triggered his release clause.
And now it is understood that his signing is complete and ready to be formally announced by Everton.
