...I just hope Silva isn’t playing 3 at the back so he can shoehorn Mina, Keane and Zouma in the team. Similarly, playing Richarlison CF to accomodate Bernard.

I think that's exactly what he's done eggs and it worked against Burnley and before you know it, it will be his tried and trusted formation.

I think Bernard compliments Digne better than anyone, I'm not sure where Richarlison is best placed tbh, he doesn't look like someone to me who is going to offer a lot of assists, doesn't hold the ball up well yet gets himself into great scoring positions like a good striker does.

All in all though eggs on this fine Sunday morning m, Everton are just as crap today as they were yesterday and that won't change until the next game comes around

I think that is the reason personally. All 3 defenders are pretty much equal too so it's going to be hard to pick 2 each week and build up an understanding.

Richarlison is playing up top because our options are not great I reckon.

Kenny should be given a chance, it's what should happen when players are out of form
The only problem is that many appear to have short-memories: Kenny himself is a pretty limited player and is certainly not strong offensively.

That's not saying he shouldn't be given a chance as he should, but I worry that'll not ultimately provide the results on the pitch that we are all hoping form.

Perhaps however, it'll push Coleman to improve if he realises his position is at stake - some competition. Ultimately, we need to be looking for alternatives.

It prevents us from being exposed on the right, too. Teams are still attacking down that side at will. I hated it yesterday, but we were the better team and rather unfortunate.

There is just NO WAY Kenny isn't better at this point.

I didn't think we were the better team at all.

Also sadly there is every way that Kenny is worse. He would be in the team otherwise, or at least on the bench.

It’s Coleman up until the summer, let’s face it. The difference is that if his decline continues we can’t do a Jagielka/Baines/Osman/Williams and keep him first team through some misplaced sense of loyalty going into next season

I really hope he gets back to form, really has been struggeling. Probably my fave player ever, its hard to watch him decline now when he’s finally gotten the captains armband and everything.
I feel bad for Seamus.

Really is another part of our defence to be addressed, stupid to hang on to him like we did with all those fellas you name.

Kenny should be given a opportunity isn't that what a back up player is for if there is a injury or loss of form ?
Kenny might not be the answer but if he is given the chance he will try his best to keep the position could it be any worse

It's not getting any better. I've got a lot of time for Coleman but as a club we should get more ruthless with players not performing by bringing in competition or straight up replacing them.

Not quite sure what forum you are reading but hes not getting any patience at all from the fans.

Who have gone from demanding hes Captain to wanting him sold within 6months.

And they wonder why people cant wait to get away from this club.

It's about time the players at this club got a bit scrutiny and were put under the microscope.

They've been hiding behind managers since Moyes left and are constantly given a free pass for abject performances. If they think it's unfair for the supporters to expect some level of standards then they should find another club.
