First of all, I’m not how long he’s been back? But he must be close to 30 games, how many great games has he had?

Also over the years he’s had players in front of him, worse than Walcott. So I don’t think you can use that as an argument

You think he links well with Theo? it's not about the quality of the player in front it's the similarities in how they want to play, I think it's a very valid argument. I would rather assess it at the end of the year as I don't feel there's a massive rush to ditch him. he's not making the storming runs he used to it's very possible he's lost a yard of pace but I'm not writing him off yet, we have a new team and new ideas, new formations.
 


Got so frustrated watching him today, constantly screaming for the ball, in a position to whip in a cross. Instead he chooses to try and dribble forward, and loses it. Walcotts the same, both need to be more aware of movement around them instead of getting the ball then looking.
 

He just doesn’t do anything in his first attempt. Even failed to test their keeper when given golden opportunity. Wait, turn and trying to dribble and lost it.
