I’ve been his biggest critic but that’s terrible to see. A sad way to go out if that’s his last game.

If that's his last game I hope the club still sort out his recovery and rehabilitation, and maybe that he has some well earned time away from the game to switch off after the last couple of years before deciding on his future career.

He cost £60k - half a weeks wages for some. And I recall United trying to prise him away from us. He's blue through and through and I love the fella.

I can understand it. He has been on the decline for a few years and we should have properly replaced him 4/5 years ago but that’s not his fault.

Shame for him to go out this way though and it is sad to see as he has been a huge part of the club over the last 10 years and I hope he has a swift recovery.

I don’t get the comments about how he can still be a big part in the dressing room to get the players going etc though. Because that should have been the case all season and most of the time, the players have looked half arsed.

I hope the club retain him in some capacity. Him and Baines are the right kind of examples to have around the club, very professional, live well and look after themselves. So much better than Unsworth and his motley crew. Coleman was a fantastic player in his day, incredible value for money and a great servant to this football club.
