I see John Hartson has gone the way of the myopic Chris Coleman as well. What is wrong with these people? If you've got nothing to say other than defending Taylor then don't bother saying it. Beyond patronising to hear these excuses.

The challenge is an absolute shocker. When Mori lunged on Origi last year we were all unanimous in saying it was a disgrace. Just call the tackle out for what it is.

Hart son is the worst pundit in the game. He's like a doll. You pull the chord and he spews out a meaningless cliche.

This has happened too many times. There needs to be some kind of concerted effort from governing bodies to eliminate this from the game.

Is this a British/ Irish thing? I can't remember too many examples of this happening elsewhere

I think there's a bit of a closed mentality regarding Wales these days. If you look at Hartson's analysis of the national team it isn't worth listening to as it's so riddled with bias.

Hartson was a right dirty player so it's only natural he should defend one of his ilk.

Don't think there's a player in football with a better attitude and character than Seamus... Worked so hard to improve his game, you could see how much he was improving defensively over his first 3 seasons with us, all the way to becoming the best Right back in the league....

No cheating, no play-acting, no BS.... Never made one dirty challenge, always fair always just competitive... Proper player!...

It's like life in general mate. It's always seems to be the good ones that get crapped on. My missus believes in Karma, but I'm yet to see he evidence.

Here's hoping Seamus makes a full recovery and get's back to the level he was before. The lad deserves to, no question.
