Seamus Coleman

I read somewhere that it took Ramsey 9 months to get back from a similar break but the mental side took nearly 3 years.

As Coleman is a bit older you'd expect the healing time to take longer but i have no doubt that Coleman will come back all guns blazing. If he can get back for games around Christmas that will be such a boost to us.

I'm 99% sure Seamus will not duck out from a challenge, he must drink a lot of Guinness on the sly as he is most definitely made of more.

First caller on 606 said that some tackles that have been worse have gone without yellow cards this season lol:pint2::hayee:

He's doing 606 on 5Live in 15 minutes, now the dust has settled, it'll be interesting to see what he says.

...I hope somebody mentions that his immediate reaction was poor. He's only changed that view this morning. Kilbane on the other hand said "that's a baddun, that's a very baddun". Pro's know when somebody has been naughty, Taylor was very naughty.

He must be the most likeable Everton player in decades. He deserves massive credit for the way he plays and the attitude he has. And Oviedo was the same type it appears.

Why cant these breaks go where they should - to Vardy or Suarez or one of those 'kin horrors?

He's been very clear about it tonight - worst tackle of the season.

Also saying Bale should have gone just before.

His story, all the £60000 stuff and being a decent bloke, seems to resonate with folk outside L4.

I doubt the Beeb would allow a call like that through.

...almost right, Dave but I wouldn't wish an injury like that on any footballer.

I decided to take a peek at it earlier. No slow mos, just in real time.

The Welsh lad flew into the tackle. In the air, uncontrolled, over the ball. As you say, naughty.

He's never been the same. Was a class player
