Finally... a player comment that I can actually read without being angry, and I actually believe what he's saying which is rare considering the countless comments From Morgan, jags and Rooney etc
Unfortunately Seamus has become the exception whereas he should be the norm. He is a guy working hard and giving of his best for a handsome wage. In modern day top level football a player actually doing what he is well rewarded for doing is now lauded as something special as opposed to the norm. Much as I think of Seamus he is only doing what he is paid for.
He seemed like he was well pissed off all second half. He was gunning for both redmond and Bertrand and constantly chirping at both of them and the ref.
Its sad that he seems to be the only one who really cares. Coleman is the only player in the team that you can rely on to perform week in week out. He stuck out like a sore thumb with his ability to play pass and move football amongst that shower of cloggers today who are still struggling with their first touch while Seamus is already in the space he wanted the ball playing into.
