So how have Forest massively improved in a short space of time?
Its only a short term improvement for now anyway, I think you'd need a bit more than 10 games to go off to say they've deinitely improved massively, but it's also highly unlikely to just be the change of manager anyway seeing as they did that in December.

“Stick to FIFA lad” is one of the lamer comebacks when someone is flailing in a football debate

I’m sure I’ve done it in the past like, but one matured
I’d hardly count this thread as a ‘debate’. There is a handful posters that provide some thought out, rationale debate on Dyche and then just replies from people who believe it’s a purely binary subject and anything other Dyche out is praise.

Nope. Read the post. you said the squad is really really bad and the manager probably is doing well as he could. That indicates the fault lies mainly with the players no?
Surely we all accept that the issue is mainly the players though? Nobody seriously thinks this lot should be challenging for Europe or whatever? For me they are very much a bottom half team, I think getting them 8th would be a much bigger overachievement than having them 17th would be an underachievement put it that way. So Dyche could certainly be doing a better job, but I wouldn't really fancy any manager to be getting significantly better long term results with what we have available.

Ye but how annoying is it arguing with lads who are saying 'How about try Ndiaye in the false 9, Beto on the wing, Patterson in goal and Pickford up as second striker'

In their head it exists in the 'Things Dyche didn't do' fantasy land, and yeilded results in their imagination

Oh no....hes a Dychette

It’s not that, it’s that it’s so small time especially when you look at the results and performances this season.

I’m not suggesting he come out and start criticising either, I’d rather he said nothing.

It’s something you would expect a promoted side to say. Really disappointed they see fit to put messages like that out.

What do you expect him to say? He's in it with teammates, coaches, managers, staff. Trying to accumulate as many points as possible He's not some anonymous dude with a keyboard and an axe to grind.

How about nothing rather than some nonsense like that.

Like who?

At the expense of using a phrase I hate, I don't think it's that deep. I think he's just referring to being competitive and applying effort
