Well, everyone here (including me).
Sometimes I feel that a few of us have never played team sports before, at any level.
He's not offering commentary, he's being positive for his teammates.
The bit you posted is one section of an interview. He talks about how we need to get better and how they're disappointed to not win, but they're putting the effort in and sticking together as a team and that's a positive. It's just a generic stock answer to a question after the game by a bloke who, with the best will in the world, isn't exactly Einstein. I really don't know what you're expecting of him.He trains with them everyday, he can tell them in person.
The fans watch these games, what he is saying doesn’t add up compared to the results and performances.
I get it, they want to try and keep an upbeat narrative, Coleman ended up being ridiculed for it.

Absolute state of people criticising Pickford…
Form table last six games correlates with what he is saying. View attachment 281453
It was me, not other people. I was disappointed in his comments in Ian Crolls tweet. That’s it. I like Jordan and think he’s a good goalkeeper.

Definitely none of Dyches words at all in that.
What a runSean Dyche wears his skiddies for 8 days in a row.
exactly that . It’s a fan favourite , first teamer saying a few positive words about effort .He is a professional and one of the leaders in the team. If he isn’t happy he isn’t going to come out publicly slating the manager and criticising what’s happening.
