Changing managers mid season is not what I want, if we do then fine but there better be a bloody good plan in place and TFG are making a pigs ear of managerial related things at Roma atm.

I will get hate for this I think, but I do believe that when he leaves, that his time here should be looked at more fondly than how we feel right now.

He’ll leave in the summer, he’ll then go on every media outlet telling the world how bad he had it

Nobody will question his poor tactics, game management or general approach to every game. The 7 wins in a calendar year, 3 months without a win

They continue the notion that poor old Everton had the worst team ever to be seen the top flight and Sean Dyche worked unbelievable miracles in keeping us going

Self preservation is the aim of the game

Most manager's want to set the record straight (albeit from from their personal point of view!) at some point. ANd get paid for it? Why not. So that's a given and not a Dyche-ism. Likewise, if he keeps us up and I think he will - he will have saved Everton 3 seasons with no cash, we WERE down under RB and Lamps, we just were.

Also would 777 have failed a Championship director's test, with EFC mortgaged up to our eyeballs to help keep their iffy Australian Airline and other clubs afloat? RIP EFC.

Part of Dyche's success if the path we have NOT gone down (yet!), and he will rightly want to contextualise that when the job is done.

We were bereft of energy, togetherness and a plan, and very nearly our Premier League status. Instead we we play Dyche-ball, with likely new owners in a soon-to-be fantastic new stadium. We do have a lot to thank him for WHEN THE JOB IS DONE.

Sackable offence run of form. Followed by a blimp of a very good run of 5 games and back to starting the season like that good run never happened.
