I don’t think asking a manager to coach a football team is asking to much personally
But each to their own, I guess

Ok mate, well I just going off the statement where you said Brighton had spent loads Brightons model is how you get out of trouble; i agree, it’s how we should be runNo if you read back, I mentioned Brighton are the absolute pinnacle, pin-up for that time of model.
Wolves/Leicester/Southampton show the difficulties with that model.
There’s plenty more sides above us with a positive net spend than a negative net spend, that’s a simple fact.
I would absolutely love us to be a Brighton type model, our recruitment is my biggest gripe with the Moshiri years. Had a real chance to establish ourselves and safeguard the club for years to come with the amount spent. Sadly 95% of it was on absolute [Poor language removed].

I suppose it depends where you shop. Whether that’s Thelwell, the Owners or managers m, but when you bid £30m for a player who less than year prior was bought for £8m, then something ain’t right. Especially when it happens constantlyThe problem were going to have for years is the squad is so light, and we don't have a lot of sellable players.
So we need numbers, and quality. And we've only really got Branthwaite and Pickford to sell.
We can blame the next manager for that though, can't we?

The world is full of quality footballers, the plans should be in place if Thelwell has anything about him
Far too much read into that.Indeed.
But being desperate, and having £0 upfront in any walk of life isn't conducive.
decent outfit, hard yards heard it all beforeWe're all looking forward to Dyche talking about how football matches feel I presume?

You pay £5m for a player compared to £30m, up front payments become nonexistent. Especially if your reaching far and wide
