2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

It's the best we can hope for, finances are tied, we did ok on the market for the budget, just wished we'd have used the O Brien money better that was a price in line with the market, but 20m for a Everton player 2024 is much money and was 1/3 of our budget.

But I see a lot of people say they feel disconnected with the squad and the manager, Carsley surely is someone that can bring the fire back and people can identify with. And this bond can give you extra power.

it’s not carsley

If we were bobbing about in mid table & looking half decent, I'd have Carsley in a hart beat: would have great rapport with the fans & is a thoroughly decent bloke.

BUT

Is this the right place and time for a guy to cut his managerial teeth? Does he have the skills needed in our present state? I'm very doubtful.
Carsley, the one who got the england team (full of world class players) outclassed by Greece. We looked like Accrington Stanley had turned up, absolute embarrassing shambles. Lovely guy but I think he will remain a reserve team or lower league coach for a few more years.

Echo putting out stuff like this makes me nervous.

Either they're completely out of the loop, which I find hard to believe with Prentice in situ or we're stuck with Dyche for a while yet.

Because they will react quicker than Everton I fear.

Maybe they will learn from Amorim.
Yeah, but their current manager, Lopetegui was only appointed 6 months ago, on a 2 two year contract.

Surely they wouldn't sack a new appointment so early in his tenure without giving him a chance?

Squeaky bum time for him tomorrow
I don't know how much of a toss he gives at this point, mate.

I'm sure he knows by now that he's a:

Won 11 games in a whole year. If you take out a 2 week period in December 2023 and 1 week from April, you remove 7 of those. 4 wins spread across the rest of the 49 weeks.

How he is still here is mind boggling.
Unbelievable isn't it. Still in a job purely because of the prolonged mess Moshiri created with the takeover. He wasted about a year on the one armed bandits. Thank god his tenure is almost at an end. This fella will last about 3 seconds when TFG are in.

3
seconds is to long

given we’re about to enter the botom’3

and have the hardest month you can get

Becoming an even bigger must win tomorrow. Going into the derby in the relegation zone while they cruise the top of the league is going to be awful.

Should have been sacked a month ago. Walking us into relegation yet up until Sunday, still had people on here saying he should stay in place.
