2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

3 draws don’t make him a good manager, but surely keeping us season 1, and season 2 show he is an excellent choice of manager for teams with no investment, limited squad and lack of talent.
Dyche is elite in this micro league that we are in. He is getting the results we need to stay a float and get us to the new stadium.
Playing to his strengths? Coaching them clean sheets takes effort on the training field.
Would you put more faith in Pickford, brathwaite and tarks or Out of contract injury prone DCL and Beto?

You don’t have to enjoy the football but you can acknowledge that we were looking for a manager in a crisis situation where the wheels could have fallen off… and he has stepped up and kept us competitive. Worked with negative squad investment, kept us as a premier league club.
No I don’t tbh, he got extremely lucky the 1st season after a long run of not winning and Leicester self imploding and last season you needed 28 points to stay up, so no miracle last season

What is it with all of the anti-Dyches towing a party line of…
“We want Dyche out, but I do not have an option on who should replace him, because it’s not my decision’”.

It’s potentially the wettest take I have ever heard.

All I read is: “I want Dyche out because we are not as good as the other teams my friends support, that makes me angry and I know nothing about football”

Join the dots… you want dyche in because you think “x” will do better.

If these guys come in and invest in a striker, a midfielder, couple of full back, and some pace on the wing… I’d take any number of managers. potter, franks. Even a risk on someone like Davide Ancelotti. Not sure I would make all these changes mid-season.

With this current squad I have not heard anyone tell me a better option.
Irola, Thomas Frank, Sergio C, my mum your mum, bob the butcher, my 4 dogs, potter to name a few

To also continue on that point last season Everton won 48 points, no chance we hit that tally under Dyche this season which shows clear regression despite spending c£50m in the summer...

Good morning fellow blues. Let us come together in self righteous upmanship and stubborn positions we will not yield from. We are healthy fully grown adults.
Glad your logged in… I have to get on with my day… apparently arguing the toss online isnt viewed as quality time with the family over Christmas

None of those are joining Everton in the current state.
Apart from your mum, who’s not fussy
It`s just your opinion that they won`t, Iraola would get a 500% wage rise, he currently earns c£1m a year whereas Dyche £5m a year. Yeah let that sink in!

Conceicao is currently unemployed.

Does Frank want a massive payrise also and a new exciting project because he seems to have stalled out at Brentford and taken them as far as they can go.

The excuse that many wouldn`t come here to defend their beloved Dyche has now evaporated, you can`t hide behind that. With TFG, the financial stability and the new stadium which will also elevate our income it is very much a blank canvass for any manager worth their salt including them named above to progress to the next level...

38 points from 38 games is his 9 dart finish let’s be honest.
Correct, I fully agree but 38 from 38 will be what he achieves no matter what he has at his disposal. I don`t think his mentality will change from the "do not lose" mentality he has always had, the PL rewards teams that go out to win games like Brighton, Bournemouth and Brentford to name a few.

If this club want to progress we got to get past Sean F`in Dyche... he is now holding this team back, we`ve seen these lads can play.
