No we haven't. We don't have fantastic squad but we have a squad that is currently underperforming and that's down to the manager and style of play.

We've had points deductions, he kept us up when we were doomed to fail.
Putting your admiration for Dyche to one side, what's that got to do with this season's malaise?

The club has just been took over. We were a basket case of a club we did have uncertain financial conditions.

With a toxic fanbase.
Not really. Just a reflection of the apathy within the club (that has been for the last few years including the headlockgate lets not forget).
The fans are more angry with others who seem to settle for Everton Football Club existing with such minimal ambition.

No one will touch us.

If we’ve got money to spend in January then this man shouldn’t be in charge to do so. They should be putting things in order to get the manager in, they’ve had months to come up with a plan. Although Forest are a better team, there is no excuses for leaving Doucoure on when everyone could see he was been over ran. He costs us a second goal today and it’s the same mistakes costing us every week. The man hasn’t got any answers to solving these problems.

Patterson looked promising when coming on but we all know he won’t start next week. He won’t change his system or tactics. The man’s just binding his time til he gets sacked or leaves at the end of the season. It’s understandable he’s had a tough time with the uncertainty at the club but he can’t make these excuses every week. It’s on him to improve the team and he hasn’t.

Peak Everton isn`t it, new owners and going in to a new stadium but being stuck with absolute crap on the pitch like this... Worst is I don`t expect him to get sacked yet unfortunately... pretty poor from TFG to keep him in place.

How’s that an argument?

“They didn’t use to be any good so our manager should be able to add athleticism to our squad as well.”

Yes Dyche is crap, no he doesn’t really improve players. He’s also not a miracle worker, nobody can add pace or athleticism to a player (unless you’re Bayern!) - we are majorly lacking in both.
