I don't doubt he's a good coach.Well those players signed finished 16 points below us last year so it’s amazing what good coaching can do
I said he had a very good ( & large ) squad to push his methods.
He wouldn't be able to do that here.

We’ve scored no goals from something other than a cross or corner since early October. We are just a team of farcical statistics. It’s embarrassing.Took Liverpool an hour today to score the amount we have in over 2 months.
As someone who “knows football”, please feel free to enlighten us on what we’re missing about 30% career win ratio, twice relegated Sean Dyche’s clearly successful footballing philosophy.
So Benitez and Lampard were blips too? With this manager, it's impossible to know, we've been gaslit into accepting 17th as our level.
In a crap manager bonfire? Tbf Benitez would be highly flammable so it’s best to put him lowestI'd have Walker, Fatpigman and Lampard below him.
I agree we aren't going to finish 10th but I said 12th was best case scenario with new manager and a few January recruits. Hardly outlandish considering we would have finished there last year but for point deductions. Those players walk into our team, and they were just off the top of my head. I’d say we’re better than Ipswich, Leicester, Saints. On a par with Wolves and Palace. That’s about it mate.
Anyone getting tenth with this shower this year would be doing a ridiculous job.
That's a lot of dribble and stepping around the fact that potentially this team is better than 17th and proved that last season. So Benitez and Lampard were blips too?
Or have we been asset stripped for 5 years and Dyche is the symptom, not the cause, of the problem.
He’s said it himself, a reasonably well ran Everton go nowhere near him.
Moshiri destroyed us, hopefully TFG can rebuild but this is not on Dyche.
We’ve been a mess for half of Silva’s tenure, half of Koeman, part of Carlo, Lampard, Benitez. We even had ‘big Sam’ ffs.
This has led us all the way down to this crap point in our history where Sean f’ing Dyche is managing our last season at Goodison with a squad that Magaye f’ing Gueye strolls into and Djibril Sidibe is our best full back.
We've got a relegation squad, we've had points deductions, he kept us up when we were doomed to fail.
We're a basketcase of a club with a toxic fanbase and uncertain financial conditions. Nobody will touch us.
If we had a better striker and a proper winger we might not be thinking of a new manager. Maybe our recent managers all cling to this negative tentative crappy way of playing because we don’t have those threats. Dom has missed chances this season that could have changed results. Having pace on the right and maybe when Bournmouth etc went for the Hail Mary we would have scored 2 more on the break. If we were to add in a better striker and another winger like Ndiaye, I think we would have a side fit to fight for a top half finish - but not under Dyche.
Yes but we sold all our goals with the prolific Onana and Godfrey…"Nobody could do a better job with these players"
Everton 18 games this season - W3, L8, D7 - Goals for 15 - Goals against 24 = Manager - Sean Dyche
Everton 18 games last season - W8, L8, D2 - Goals for 23 - Goals against 22 = Manager - Sean Dyche
And a clean sheetBBC Sport article on Southampton being on course to achieve the lowest ever points total in the Premier League. One win for them all season. Presumably that was another day when it was the players fault Sean?
We are in that space because the manager awfulWe've got a relegation squad, we've had points deductions, he kept us up when we were doomed to fail.
We're a basketcase of a club with a toxic fanbase and uncertain financial conditions. Nobody will touch us.
Oh he was a shocker, no doubt about that. Still think he was better than Walker, Lampard and Dyche though. Not for us. The absolute worst manager of Everton in their history all told. The fact that he was even hired in the first place is a shameful moment in our history.
I’d say it’s 15-20th, about where we are. That's a lot of dribble and stepping around the fact that potentially this team is better than 17th and proved that last season.
