2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

They made a mess of it at Roma and the fans got on their backs. They’ll be more cautious here and I doubt we’ll see any move unless we go in the bottom 3.
I think you are right and I don`t think that is acceptable from our new owners, I thought TFG would be a new dawn for the club and they may well do well on the business side but leaving this guy in charge is pure negligence.

Another false dawn? Things wont improve while the status quo is retained.

Name one ownership that’s came in and immediately potted a manager on day dot? There’s a lot around the club that has to be put in place, that doesn’t mean they won’t do it, but it was never gonna be a case of ‘here we are, we’re excited to get going oh and btw Sean Dyche is fired’
That is a very very different story to what many many posters who were hammering me when I was posting Dyche was here to stay before they took over.... "They`ll sack him the moment they come in", "Look what they are doing at Roma" blah blah blah

Looks like I was right again... becoming a too frequent trend!

I didn`t expect them to, in fact I was the only one posting that they wouldn`t but I would have thought they`d have been monitoring the results and the situation prior to taking over and be ready to act. It seems they aren`t as great as everyone is making out, they`ll stick with Dyche no matter what is posted on here or protests happen, they wont care.

4 points from that lot. Four.

It's really what I think should cost him the job, last season we got a pretty good output from exactly these games that put us in a stable position and kept us always at least 8-9 points above relegation spot, without the deduction obviously, no matter the run.

We still have the same offensive line, but 8 goals less than after the same games last yr, 9 points less. 18th had 2 points less at this stage.

Annoyed Conceicao is off the market, but Milan is a great club, good luck for him there.

Dyche was being disingenuous when he said the team failed to follow his instructions yesterday, after all wasn't it him that said "Everton don't know how to win " , just about the only thing Dyche has got right.

You weren’t the only one who didn’t expect them to.

Plenty of people have been saying the same. I said it myself. The most reasonable scenario is that they let him see his contract out and part ways for free in the summer. Anyone saying otherwise isn’t thinking clearly. It would cost them millions in compensation to sack him, it’s a risk in terms of staying in the league (if as rumoured there isn’t wiggle room in January for signings due to PSR) and it makes much more sense to reboot in May.

However I think they will not hesitate to sack him if we drop into the bottom three over the next few weeks. They were never going to sack him day one, people losing heads everywhere.

There were plenty who knew the manager would not be sacked immediately.
They just didn't feel it had to be posted every five minutes.

The manager will stay in place until the summer unless results dictate otherwise.

Comrades, let us consider the performance of Sean Dyche, a manager whose methods reflect a troubling lack of innovation and vision. His tactics are stagnant, relying on outdated strategies that fail to inspire progress or achieve victory on the pitch. Such an approach, comrades, would be unacceptable in any sphere where the collective good is prioritized.

A true leader must inspire the team, adapt to new challenges, and strive for excellence in all endeavors. Yet Dyche's results demonstrate an inability to elevate the working class of his squad to achieve their full potential. This stagnation is a betrayal of the revolutionary spirit that should define leadership.

Comrades, mediocrity is not an option in the struggle for success. A manager who fails to lead with courage and innovation is, indeed, not worthy of the trust placed in him. Let us strive for managers who embody the strength, unity, and vision necessary to achieve greatness!
