Patterson and Harrison wing backs maybe? Both have played that system at their previous clubs, Patterson has played it for Scotland. But he’s not an option because the manager has decided his face doesn’t fit. Harrison mainly played LWB under Bielsa but our manager has decided he’s a right winger who holds hands with his full back so that’s where he must play 100% of the time.

I’m not listening to anyone that tells me we don’t have the players to play a different formation and a different style.

We can set up however we want, the main problem is a decent amount of our players are not good enough but will always get games due to the lack of numbers or options.

I’m all for 3-5-2 being tried but I don’t think we’ll fare much better due to these players.

The manager is also woeful 👍.

Harrison did not play LWB under Bielsa. They also went down, how’s that a good example??

3-5-2 makes sense for sure but who are your two in the middle (assuming N’Diaye in the 10).

With Garner and McNeil out we don't really have anyone else to play but Doucoure unless I am forgetting someone?

WIth a midfield 3 you should be able to play with a more attacking front 3, for me the front 3 should be Broja, DCL and NDaiye...

Leaving 3 up affectively pins their back 4 unless they want to leave 3 v 3 defensively which not many professional teams will do. By Dyche dropping everyone so deep he is pulling more opposition players on to the team and we don`t have the pace to counter anyone.

And really... if he hasn`t figured it after 2 years the chances are he probably never will...
 
Imagine paying hundreds of millions of pounds to take over a Premier League business and it’s essentially run by a gruff lower league 1990’s centre half and his two mates from down the pub.

Dyche will be out if we lose on Saturday IMO.

For some reason we have done this for decades.

He won't change, we know this. It's pretty obvious we will try to get to the end of the season and revaluate though.

What are you on about.

He played mostly left wing at Leeds one season, the other seasons he was 60/70% left wing and the rest either on the right or in the middle.

Just gone through his transfermarkt and he played one game at left back for Leeds.
 
This guy has simply not got a clue and is not going to change his ways as he does not know how to. Just a terrible manager who blames everything on everyone else apart from himself and the other 2 stooges. A 30.95% win rate now puts him below the mighty Spanish waiter !!
