Tarkowski doesn't deserve to be anywhere near that list. He is one of our better players, he has been a bit ropey this season at points but he is still a huge part of the one thing we are good at.

Yeah same, just ask him to give an example of an instruction he gave that they apparently ignored. I know that would result in them being blacklisted by the club but it would be worth it to see his gammon face twisting inside out.

He absolutely did, good point. I would just like to be more than 3 points clear of the relegation places but I don’t believe he’s the guy to do it, and if he stays we are at real risk of going down, only time will tell but that’s my current assessment of it

No I don`t but you can`t sack a whole squad, it will always be the manager that carries the can for poor performance, as in any walk of life.Gimme alternatives.

In your personal life do you manager people? I do and my bosses won`t accept "Its all them", it is my job to ensure they are performing. Perhaps you are one of those bosses who think it`s always the minions....
But this is what we have right now and it is performing way below what we have seen last season... As for players in positions there is always other answers, just because you or Dyche can`t see them doesn`t mean they dont exist, for example....
Tarkowski - £18m O’Brien that Dyche sanctioned, seems like he is holding o`Brien back like he held Branthewaite back
Mykolenko - 40 year old former lw now rb, Young has been one of the better performers this season, Patterson showed Dyche up in his cameo yesterday
Doucoure - we literally have only got Armstrong who’s a cm fit, move NDaiye or Lindstrom central in to the 10

No one likes this squad of players mate! All anyone is saying is that the same group of players got us 48 points last season and now they are on track for 35/36 at best with Dyche. It's a close call whether the guy keeps us up this year. Factor in that the DOF and the manager don't see eye to eye on recruitment and its better to sack him and bring a new manager in.Gimme alternatives

We are at a real risk of going down regardless. (I don't think we will though)
If we are getting a new manager we need a plan, not some random bloke to get us 3 points from some mythical new manager bounce. That just puts us in the same position again.
We seem to do this every year or two now and we always say never again yet get in the same position each time. Its madness.
I agree with you. He has been one of our better players but he's surrounded by crap. He can only do so much.

They did in the end but they came in and improved the form from the previous... it would not be hard for any of us in this forum to improve on what Dyche is doing.
