All them names you have given there don't get a game for most of the league.

For good reason.

I shared my view before the season started that NDiaye and Lindstrom wouldn't resolve our lack of goals that dictates bad times.

They haven't.

4 managers at Napoli didn't fancy Lindstrom. He hasn't scored for years. He wasn't a priority for us - he was signed because he was available and we couldn't get anyone else like Minteh, Gnonto, Philogene etc.

He has so much more at his disposal than most of our managers have had. I think this is actually the strongest squad we've had. Granted, we've had much better first XIs before, but we have never been a side know for squad depth. Dyche has plenty at his disposal to get this squad lower mid-table. Calvert-Lewin was playing before Lampard was sacked. As was Iwobi, Gordon. He also had Richarlison the season before. Better options than we have now, but still going to the final day to stay up.

Baffled if people genuinely believe a team that was on its arse years ago, and then had 4 years without spending when all competitors have spent, most big money, are in any better position.

We're not - our full backs, and entire front three - consider how many teams in the Prem they'd get a game for. Very, very few.

The manager doesnt help but we need to spend and bring in players who aren't crap in the final third.

Ultimately, we don't have the players capable of scoring the goals to move us away from relegation scrap year after year. Three managers.

When Dyche arrived going into February we'd scored 15 in 20 games which is why we sat 19th. The season before that only the relegated clubs scored less.

Not scoring goals has been the reason we've been fighting relegation before Dyche. It'll remain the case until we sign players who aren't Harrison, Doucoure, Mykolenko, Young, McNeil, Lindstrom etc. How many teams do them 5/6 start for? Most have been in teams that have been relegated.

Why hasn’t Sean Dyche rotated players and tried them in different positions?
Why hasn’t Jack Harrison been played on the left?
Why hasn’t Lindstrom been played in the centre? Conversely, why HAS Jack Harrison?!
Why hasn’t Dyche played 3 centrebacks when according to him there isn’t a lot in it between them all?
Why has Tarkowski been allowed to woefully underperform for weeks without being dropped when it’s clear to anybody with an ounce of footballing nous that Branthwaite is the best centreback by a mile?
Why is the forward always so isolated?
Why does Sean Dyche almost exclusively make like for like subs and keep the exact same shape when it’s clearly not working?


Sean Dyche is a black belt at Judo trying his luck in the MMA. He’s clueless.

Yeah he should drop Harrison for?

Tarkowski for?

Put Lindstrom, Harrison, Doucoure etc wherever you like. They're still not good enough. They shouldn't be starting but you have to play someone.

What I posted is accurate

Yes we need signings, but Dyche has always been defence first(which was one of your positives about him yesterday), he is lowest on goals scored among our recent managers for a reason

If I recall Lampard barely had Calvert Lewin because Benitez broke him early but Carlo was the one who got a tune out of him playing to his strengths.
The manager does matter

Besides the fact Dyche has scored less than our last managers comparisons to Lampard and Benitez as a defence of him is crazy. They were both bad managers for us too and deserved to be sacked. So does Dyche

Patterson makes your whole argument redundant, he did more in 20mins than young and Coleman have done all season, if he wanted to attack as a manager and play on the front foot and actually Try and
Win games he would play Patterson at RB.

He can also do other things like, Harrison on the left, were he did welll for Leeds, lindstrom or ndaiye through the centre. Or play 2 upfront or wing backs. But he doesn’t amd
Never has, sticks the same system and defensive shape, like for like subs. The Brentford game was the perfect example, 10 men for an hour and they defended With thier slippers on. And he didn’t bring an attacking full back on,
But Bought brought him on 4 nil down to Utd , you need to face facts the personnel doesn’t matter one jot, dyche can’t coach teams to attack and score goals and the proof is out there

Under a decent manager, the team performs much better, all these players show more attacking potential and most would get a game for more than 3 other clubs.
The problem isn't the players.
