2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

not true, which is why I checked it
What I posted is accurate

In 21/22, only the relegated teams (and Leeds/Wolves tbf) scored less;

In 22/23, when Dyche rocked up to start playing games in February with 15 goals in 20 games - only 1 team scored less;

Its even worse than Ithought - Only 1 team scored less than us in 22/23.

Not scoring enough goals has plagued Everton, and caused relegation fights before Dyche and it'll continue to do so until we invest.

People putting relegation scrap exclusively on Dyche are wrong.

Your argument loses all credibility with putting Ndiaye in with that lot.

No it doesn't. Excluding him would be cherry picking.

So go on, the number of clubs in the Prem that these start for;

Harrison
Doucoure
Mykolenko
Young
McNeil
Lindstrom
NDiaye
Calvert-Lewin
Broja
Beto

If you're finding yourself struggling to pick more than 3 for each, then maybe the players we have responsible for creating and scoring goals just aren't good enough. As they haven't been for Everton, and throughout their careers.

People gotta learn you come at @GrandOldTeam you best have your facts and stats in order. Y’all too hungry for him, he will feed off your insecurity like a thousand year starved vampire.

Hope Everton are ace again some day soon lads.

Care to join in? Number of teams this lot would start for;

Harrison
Doucoure
Mykolenko
Young
McNeil
Lindstrom
NDiaye
Calvert-Lewin
Broja
Beto

Thank you for pointing out what I said. We scored more before Dyche
The relegation scrap is not being put exclusively on Dyche, but it's all we'll ever get with him. Lampard was a gamble that didn't pay off. Benitez was a brain fart of Moshiri's and the beginnings of the talking down of the club and relegation talk. Under Carlo we were talking about the possibility of Europe.

We want a manager that isn't only suited to a relegation scrap, that's it
We'd barely kicked a ball this season and Dyche was talking about a relegation scrap. It's all he knows. How are you not sick of it?

Patterson makes your whole argument redundant, he did more in 20mins than young and Coleman have done all season, if he wanted to attack as a manager and play on the front foot and actually Try and
Win games he would play Patterson at RB.

He can also do other things like, Harrison on the left, were he did welll for Leeds, lindstrom or ndaiye through the centre. Or play 2 upfront or wing backs. But he doesn’t amd
Never has, sticks the same system and defensive shape, like for like subs. The Brentford game was the perfect example, 10 men for an hour and they defended With thier slippers on. And he didn’t bring an attacking full back on,
But Bought brought him on 4 nil down to Utd , you need to face facts the personnel doesn’t matter one jot, dyche can’t coach teams to attack and score goals and the proof is out there

Patterson has been injured for most of the season.

None of us have a clue if he's good enough, but Young has probably been our player of the season, who has been playing right back.

Sure, see above.

Broja at 5 is generous.

How many clubs would hire Sean Dyche?

Dont forget, before Everton threw 10million a year at him he was in william hill everyday for 12months.

I'm not saying keep Sean Dyche though.

I'm saying the problem remains that we remain relegation fodder if he leaves tomorrow.

Our inability to score goals dictates scrap.

To demonstrate that point, I'm suggesting people consider how many teams the players we rely on to create and score goals would start for.

Most don't get more than 3.
