2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

I remember this a bit differently to most people it seems.

At the risk of defending Dyche here - I don't think Jackson had any more of a chance at saving Burnley as Dyche would have had he stayed on. They got a brief 'bounce' but after that they looked even more hopeless than they did under Dyche and went down anyway..
He won 4 games in 30
And his last game was a comfortable 2 nil defeat at Norwich the worst side in the league. Jackson won 3 in 8. Not sure that = more hopeless

Look, I don't like the fella myself, but his record in the last 7-8 games of a season speaks for itself. He could've eked out another 3-4 wins out of them in that time to give them a fighting chance that season.

Obviously we'll never know, but under Jackson they looked completely beaten by the time that season ended.
