2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

My loyalty is to Everton Football Club, I will champion whatever I think is in the best interests of this club.

Currently, its in every fans best interests if this joker hits the road.

IMO.

I can only post my thoughts here Dave, a LOT of people agree with me, not many with you, but thats just the way you like it.

It was probably one of the better pressers I've seen him do. That may be because he knows his fate is in others hands and it was a farewell as other have suggested.

The thing that I always find difficult with him is constantly bringing up adversity like we are the only club with issues. He was challenged on the graph from sky on open play goals and he has no answers just we need to keep working. Sean plenty others are in the same boat and seem to be managing better than you. Promoted teams who nobody gives a chance of staying up are able to develop attacking patterns of play and implement them when they have the ball. We have nothing.

He's clearly given it his all and deserves respect for that irrespective of the outcome but it's time for change.

Whilst it's obviously better that he hasn't lost the dressing room, if he's still losing games with a squad that's behind him it's still a massive problem,

That second bolded bit is a weird way of saying six points in our last six games, which is where we actually are. The Forest and Bournemouth games were not just bad dreams, you know.

My point there being, there wasn't pressure before the Forest or Bournemouth game.

Think you've just misunderstood my point. Since then, the media have really ramped up the pressure on him. Before he was just getting away with it a lot it seemed.

That's kind of what I mean, he's obviously not doing that sort of thing, so what is it? Is he negotiating contracts? Speaking with sponsors? Organising team travel? It's so oblique.
I think it’s nonsense personally, there are staff members and a hierarchy of office workers for logistics. Thelwell would be doing anything to do with admin side or delegating it to whomever he thought best. Not a chance Dyche is talking to agents/press etc behind the scenes either.
It’s funny how he’s doing all this extra stuff but won’t employ any actual football coaches to help out in the most important aspect of his job.
