2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

One target for me if Dyche is sacked and it goes pear shaped: TFG.

Simple as that. And rightly so too.

They should know if they get any dismissal and then hiring wrong and it takes us down they are finished at this club. Stone dead finished in one fell swoop.
Oh, you're not wrong there.

If we stick with Dyche and get relegated, that's TFG's relegation.

If we sack him and get relegated, that's theirs too.

Risk no matter what they do as they have to get this right.

Still here same old everton boooooooo boooo booooooooooo players have already moved in the market, here we’re again sleep walking a week into the window when major changes are needed in almost every position on the pitch/bench GK and 2 CBs are OK and Ndiaye everywhere else I wouldn’t mind seeing change.

Which part?

Sounded like ""I've been told to get on winning games" to me.

He's rightly said there's nothing wrong with planning a succession too.

A dignified way of dealing with the guttersnipes of the media.
Nothing much stardust about the game - never batted any awkward questions away just more excuses- we struggle to score a goal so how can we win games !

Another reason to keep hold of Dyche IMO.

Dyche can get the required effort out of them. He's proven it.

Another manager is a massive gamble.

IMO if we replace Dyche now we increase our potential for relegation markedly.

It will be an act of criminal governance that'll dwarf TFGs sacking of De Rossi.

Give him players to compete.

Simple really.

So Dyche is the only one who can get these players to perform…

…but…

…he needs new players.

Sean Dyche certainly deserves credit for the draws against Man. City, Arsenal and Chelsea and I do not wish to diminish his achievement in any way. These are games where his style of football can and does achieve, in these games he can sit back and defend and not attempt to attack in any way. However it is in games where we should be able to get a result where he comes up short, he cannot set a team up to win on a consistent basis, this is his downfall. I cannot understand the reticence in sacking him unless we are in such a financial bind that we can’t afford his payoff, or maybe we are trying to negotiate the payout downwards. I still hope he won’t be in charge for the Peterborough game as I think the sooner he and his back room team are replaced then the sooner we can start to try and claw are way out of the trouble we are in. It is painful to watch a team that were once “the dogs of war” limp their way to relegation.

Just on your first point, I really don't think he does. If most teams decided to have ten men behind the ball for 90 mins I bet they would be in with a good chance of getting a nil nil. Other teams however crap, still have an idea maybe winning the game with the odd chance. Dyche just plays for nil nils
