It was extremely obvious weren't well coached
I've never seen a team at this level with so little movement off the ball.
I heard TFG wanted to start shooting puppies on the pitch at half time but Saint Dyche said no and resigned on a matter of principle.Just a thought but has anyone given any credence to idea that maybe TFG said to him no players this month and no contract extension, but we expect you to win more games and keep us up and he said sorry that's not possible, this group of players are rubbish and I can't do any more with them!
We might not want to hear it but it is possible that the new finance head as looked at the books and said nothing getting spent this month, Dyche is getting all the grief every week and just said do you know what I don't need this.
It wouldn't get anywhere near the threshold for libel so he isn't really. It's undoubtedly a little bit of spin from the club to try to push the narrative they want, there's nothing weird about it that's what happens all the time, but the point is right that people are very quick to believe stuff that suits them.
Regardless of whether there will be signings, we should have been able to win more than 3 out of 19 games. Any half decent manager should expect to improve on that performance.Just a thought but has anyone given any credence to idea that maybe TFG said to him no players this month and no contract extension, but we expect you to win more games and keep us up and he said sorry that's not possible, this group of players are rubbish and I can't do any more with them!

That wasn't really the point to be fair but yes it is true. And other people are very quick to disregard what they don't want to believe is true.

Totally. It was non existant. The opposition didn't need to worry about marking our players because we just did that ourselves by avoiding any space! It was extremely obvious weren't well coached

Not so much that they've said there won't be any new players at all but yes I would guess that this is closer to the truth than what is currently being reported. I doubt that it's quite as simple as Dyche saying 'I've had enough, I can't be bothered anymore' to his boss but expecting to continue being paid/get a lump sum anyway, and more likely that there's been a conversation about how he needs to get more out of what he's got and basically said 'I don't think I can'. The club have understandably decided that's not an acceptable answer, and have spun the story as him giving up and them being unexpectedly forced to act in order to explain why they made a bit of a mess of how things panned out. All pretty par for the course in these things really, as are the inevitable 'the players hated him because he wouldn't let them eat chips' type articles that will no doubt come out over the next day or two.Just a thought but has anyone given any credence to idea that maybe TFG said to him no players this month and no contract extension, but we expect you to win more games and keep us up and he said sorry that's not possible, this group of players are rubbish and I can't do any more with them!

Greasy toad probobly got his eye on one of the clubs below us where there’s less expectation and a longer contract likely to be available. My theory of it is he knew he wasn't getting his contract renewed end of season and preferred to leave the club with a payoff, so left the club no option but to sack him. That would explain the nature of the statement the club put out yesterday
