They are plenty of ways around psr and financial restrictions, especially with the naming deal of the new stadium which i am sure could be showing in this year's account, or at least part of it. It is the same old Everton, with or without money.

You need a naming rights deal first. They're not a nation state fund or oligarchs so they're not going to to be throwing unlimited funds at us. I'd imagine TFG would prefer a 3rd party to sponsor the stadium rather than using their own money which I'd imagine they'd prefer to introduce as an equity injection.
