We're above the drop now with a game in hand, under new owners and a transfer window in which we have the ability to spend.

I think if we go down now, and it would only reaffirm the job he done when he come in and kept us up from 19th with our lowest ever points total in our history an that stage, and last season with deductions.

We won’t even be in a relegation battle in about 6/7 games.

It will just prove what an utter fraud of a manager Dyche was.

I don’t recall any of our other managers we’ve had in the 30 years I’ve been watching football saying it.

Pep has called out City fans countless times for attendances, Klopp did for fans leaving early, Spurs managers have basically had open season on their fans.

Koeman said Everton fans expect too much and live in the past, Allardyce said what more do they want after fishing 8th and complained about fans not recognising the effort of the players. Martinez was basically subbing off Besic every game just to have a pop at the fans. Ancelotti likened the club to a fiat 500.

I like Moyes probably as much as anyone on here but he often complained about fans booing the players. There was a mid week game v Spurs when he complained about fans moaning, said it didn’t help the atmosphere, and then said that if you asked fans do they expect top 4 they’d say no. He also called fans a disgrace when at United and frequently didn’t understand anger to Kenwright.


All managers make comments fans don’t like. What Dyche has said barely registers on the scale of what premier league managers have said about fans over the years which is why no one in the mainstream media have picked up on it.

Also remember Martinez saying lot of negativity but proper fans support us after we'd won 1 in 13;

“When results are not going well there is a big fashion to be critical of our football club but proper Evertonians are showing their support and are realistic and are understanding that we have played a lot better than the results show.”

We have a pretty favourable run of fixtures, most teams in the next 10 against current bottom half teams so lets hope we can use what you'd hope is some inevitable new manager bounce.
