No mate he is set in ways with hoofball and nothing in his career tells me he will move us away from relegation fights.
He wont take us forward he will stagnate us because of his style.

He is the right guy for clubs like Burnley/Norwich/Watford but we don't and never should have the same ambitions as them regardless of the pickle were in.

The only reason i'd consider getting rid of him is because i have never seen any progression from his teams. They play the same, he doesn't adapt, some of his changes are odd so i can't see how we can move forward.
