This is fine, they gave us good service and then they moved on, no problem with that at all. If Onana gives us a few seasons of top quality to the point we can’t keep hold of him then good on him, Recently though we’ve not been getting the good service (Richarlison aside) and there’s a lot of players I look at and I wasn’t sure why they’d even want to be here and often it showed in performances (not the only reason as I said)
Logically though it makes sense that the only way we start building consistency and moving up the table is by creating a common culture from the manager downwards to the players of all pulling in the same direction. Alignment as Dyche might call it. How often have we truly had that in the Moshiri era? Small periods under Silva Carlo and Lampard maybe but not enough to build a culture of good performance to embed us in mid table repeatedly.
