I mean, we created a couple of chances but wasn't exactly much. My point is more that if we concede 1 goal, we look finished in a match.Right and the previous 65 minutes or we don't count those?

So if we scored the 3 chances we had because Maupay forgot he's a footballer (and Martinez had a good save from an Onana shot) - what then? We also had a shot cleared off the line, as from a 24ft target he hit the ball at the exact spot there's a player, or do we, agian, not count those?I mean, we created a couple of chances but wasn't exactly much. Fair enough fella, I personally would have expected more in the 2nd half. Other than the one off the line, there wasn't a thingSo if we scored the 3 chances we had because Maupay forgot he's a footballer (and Martinez had a good save from an Onana shot) - what then? could be worse, we could be bournemouth eh
Maupay missed arguably a sitter earlier, as well as having a ball in the 6 yard box played to him which he tried to trap and it went straight back out lolFair enough fella, I personally would have expected more in the 2nd half. Other than the one off the line, there wasn't a thing

I fully agree, we will struggle to score 30 goals, the question is why? We had numerous chances today and failed to score, now that can hardly be down to the Manager' s set up, if it were, the we would not be creating chances. Our problem lies with Thelwell and the recruitment departments odd decision making, we have a centre forward who can no longer stay fit, we had another centre forward who we sold to balance the books, the little amount of wiggle room this gave us in the summer we chose to squander on Maupay, we then sold Gordon and still never brought In a centre forward.Well my counter would be we've still not seen this group under a manager with a reasonable attacking set up. So maybe they could do better? I kind of believe they could do better. We're going to struggle to score 30 goals.
It speaks to me of a team who collectively and individually don't believe they can score. The lack of response to going behind should be his number 1 concern. We folded and heads dropped
