I think Lampard got asked that one in his last presser."Has your career gone off the rails a bit...?"

Yep. Press conferences aren’t for hard hitting investigative journalism, they’re for getting a couple of quick quotes for the match preview.I don't think there is a huge amount else to really ask though. We are not in the latter stages of European competition so nothing to discuss there nor are we trying to qualify for it. The really interesting stuff from a journalistic point of view is the off field stuff but Dyche is not the person to be talking about that and he shouldn't be expected to answer about it either imo.
Generally when you suck and can't score goals the solution is to play Big Sam Gravy Football. Dyche plays BSGF as well as anyone. So I guess he's fine and way better than lampard, who is somehow doing worse w/ Chelsea than us.Any more terrible than with a lampard? Getting badly pumped by Bournemouth and zero passion...
We seem to have galvinised around the fact we have a terrible squad, no striker for most of the season and terrible defenders. So what type of football do you expect any manager to play with a terrible squad and on top of thar no money to spend?
As the famous saying goes you can not pollish a turd.
Yeah, making the case for ditching the press conference.Tough questions probably get vetoed, or if they dont get vetoed and they ask somthing the club doesnt like they dont get invited back.
Unfortunately its premier league rules. The manager probably hate them.Yeah, making the case for ditching the press conference.
Holgate selection was baffling
Got to be Gray for me. Hasn’t done anything for a few games.Coleman, Onana and Doucoure all back, has to go for the Spurs set up but dropping one of Iwobi, Gray or McNeil to fit Dom in
Not as mad as Maupay v FulhamHolgate selection was baffling
He wont drop McNeil and shouldn'tColeman, Onana and Doucoure all back, has to go for the Spurs set up but dropping one of Iwobi, Gray or McNeil to fit Dom in
