2022/23 Sean Dyche

When we appointed this clown I for one was not impressed as I wanted Bielsa, however I thought right let's behind him and see what he can do, 1st couple of games I noticed he had us harder to beat solid at the back and had us in games, so I thought this isn't so bad we may get out of this mess.

Then we played Villa at Home and lost coady made a mistake leading to one of villa's goals and was dropped Keane came in v Arsenal away lost 4-0

In the past having Keane in the team has led to the defence not looking confident and constantly conceadeding goals, the fans getting restless, so since he has been in the team he has made mistakes and other teams have targeted him, the defence looks shot as does Keanes confidence.

Michael Keane we all know and hate, had another embarrassing performance from himself and Godfrey v Newcastle so for Dyche to come out and say he thought Keane did well was worrying, the fact he left Godfrey on for 95 minutes was also worrying.

Yesterday v Leicester the mood amongst the fans changed, as soon as the team sheet was out deflated us all as Keane was starting again, as usual Michael Keane didn't disappoint the Leicester fans last night as he made error after error, which basically could have finished the team and the club for the rest of the season.

Sean Dyche with his limited managerial knowledge lost the majority of the fans over the last 2 games, through picking underperforming players and not making positive substitutions, that game last night was there for the taking, but Dyche failed big time.

To think this fella could be manager next season regardless of the division we are in turns my stomach, I don't want my team to be messing around for another 3 to 5 years wasting time with managers like this, he was out of work for a reason, he got sacked by Burnley for a reason, they have had a reset, if we played them now we would get a footballing lesson.

Sean Dyche if you continue to manage the way you are doing you will lose the rest of the fan base very quickly and Michael Keane will cost you your job as he has a track record with previous managers, you asked the fans when you came here for a time to breathe, we have done that and waited to see what you have to offer as a manager and as I have said the last 2 games you have lost a lot of fans through your stubbornness and decision making in games is borderline pathetic

I just don’t get the total outrage over Dyche. Sure he had made some mistakes. But let’s be clear this club is a total madhouse, from the board to the players and everything in between. Any manager coming into that and keeps us up deserves a medal.

For me he has shown than when he gets his preferred 11 together then more often than not we produce a decent performance. The problem is - take even one player out and it significantly drops the standard (Coleman, dcl, doucoure,Onana). Sure he’s not the messiah but he has given us a fighting chance , when at the end of January, with no signings and a daunting fixture list I thought we would be cast aside.

The facts remain that if he was here all season and kept this kind of form we would be comfortably safe.

Last night we probably played the best attacking football we have gone all season as well.

The two main issues for me are his constant selection of Michael Keane who just has no business being at the club and the fact he couldn’t get a patched up team to grind out a result against Fulham.

Calling him a clown etc though is just infantile stuff. Four games to go, if he keeps us up then he deserves a statue and a stab at consolidating us next year before the stadium move. If we go down then ultimately he should go.

Have you seen his comments in the interview ? Saying perhaps relegation would be good, a reset for the club if we get straight back up ! He is quotes as saying relegation is 50/50. What he is doing is softening the fan base, do not blame me. What a bleeding B.

This is actually a great example of why stats are fun because a lot of the time people call something a "sitter" that actually isn't all that easy of a chance.

This unfortunately does not apply to DCL last night!
Anyone who has played the game, even a kickabout in a playground knows what is and isn’t a sitter.

He needs our support.

I don't know man I see people describing every shot in the box as a sitter. Like DCL's miss was a sitter but was Iwobi's first one that got saved?

When you say he has giving us a fighting chance, he hasn't he has won 1 game in 11 now he had the perfect chance to win that game yesterday by being proactive and managing the game as it was seen by every fan, he is not utilising the players at his disposal to give us that fighting chance, it's the other teams that are keeping Everton having a fighting chance because their not taking their chances Forest a perfect example on sat

The other point I forgot to mention he only played Patterson because Holgate suspended and Godfrey injured, then said how well he did, we knew he was better than the 2 you had playing there
