Not really, Doucoure makes us tick. We don't have anybody else who can fulfil that role. No coincidence that we have struggled when he's not available.

More than that. Doucoure relentless pressure allow others to pick on loose balls and make it easier to double team as well.
3 at the back lead to turnover deep in our half more often than not. Extremely difficult to launch attack from that part of the pitch and always lead to slower buildup or long hopeful ball.
The entire setup is just miserable.

Against Burnley. Awesome stuff. We've never looked comfortable as a side playing this formation even way before Dyche joined.

You're preaching to the guy who refused to take Michael Keane out of the starting line up for about 12 games last sesaon as his weekly errors took us to the very brink, and who this season continues to persevere with a striker who hasn't hit a bar door for 13 games in a row. This was my point after the Fulham game, that was the moment Onana burst our winning bubble.

Everton winning every week and chance of a Semi Final to now losing the cup game and 3 straight PL games and back in the thick of a relegation scrap like the last 2 years....

Today's performance was dreadful and the worst for weeks. I think we did ok against Spurs or City. The formation could work, as it did against Burnley and carabao Villa. But I expect a change at ht latest since we didn't find access to the game at all. They bossed us completely in the midfield, they had the punch we had a lot lately winning the ball early. Forcing the opponent for mistakes and then fast switch to offense.

Yeah to burnley. Who have lost 9 out of 10 at home. We had suspensions and injuries for burnley. That game was accepted to tinker for that reason. The downside is it got his bloody boy back into his thoughts.
Cba tonight with him bringing keane back. Its the most frustrating thing about dyche bar none. You always get that feeling he's itching to play him.
