25% win rate is really really bad he needs to turn it around fast or his heads on the block. I do think he's been let down by the board they should have had more players in earlier, but he could also help himself by playing players who deserve to play in their actual positions. Also his MO is meant to be making teams hard to beat but we are not so then what is he doing? Would rather not keep this chopping and changing managers as it gets you nowhere but we have to see better and fast or he won't last long.

I agree he has been let down by the board however that does not excuse his dreadful tactics and horrible team selections. I’m absolutely sick of him never taking any responsibility either it’s always ‘individual errors’ and ‘the mentality isn’t good enough’ it’s almost as if he’s the one that picks them. Does he think Keane is going to magically turn into Maldini? If we don’t get 6 points out the next 2 he needs sacking.

Maybe
But at this point I believe this manager will get us relegated regardless.
May as well try a final despairing punt on somebody else before we finally slide ignominiously into the Championship.
The time for change was the summer. This board has no interest in fundamental change. It’s only a matter of time now, under this manager or whichever final punt is parachuted in as a replacement.

And if we somehow stay up, what will change next summer? We’re a club in terminal decline with this board.

The fear of relegation is dissipating. We feared it and were told “never again” and “things have to change.” Nothing did and here we are. This beloved old pet needs to be euthanised. Fighting for survival every season with a conveyor belt of ever-changing managers/scapegoats is no way to exist.

Without fundamental change, relegation is merely a matter of time. Hoping for better days with this board is like hoping for a better Conservative government because they change the prime minister every year. Same old Tories, same old board, whether it’s May, Johnson, Truss, Sunak, Benitez, Lampard, or Dyche.

Want a better government, kick out the Tories. Want a better Everton, kick out Kenwright. And get a new owner.

The way our midfield is set up is like watching rugby league. There's no depth. As soon as the opposition get past the first midfielder there is acres of space to run into. The amount of times one pass takes 4 or 5 players out of the game you would think he would adjust. The balls in our net before our midfield gets to our penalty box.

Hes at the best gig of his life he aint rocking no boat. He will tow the party line, has done from day one. Not particularly impressed in the least by him. Whats the answer?
Good ole manager roulette time soon if he doesnt change things pretty sharpish. One things for sure he will have a clause if he does get the boot extra moulah will be involved.

the money that’s stuffed away for the new ground? prob mate as that’s why we’re skint

Until the charlatans that run the club are gone...I've no grudge or axe to swing at Dyche.

Feller has his hands tied with concrete boots looking over the Mersey at the moment

Starting Keane is enough to dispute him and what he is doing imo Mate.

Every statistic there is says we are a worse team with him playing, why is it thats not understood internally?

It's negligence imo.

We can disagree with his decision without wanting him sacked, but his dying on the Keane hill and his in game management for me, personally, leaves a lot to be desired.
