2023/24 Sean Dyche

I'm not in the 'anti-Dyche' camp yet but in the first 3 minutes yesterday, it was obvious that 442 was not working. To hang on until HT is one thing but not to change it was stupid/stubborn etc etc. No idea what he has against Danjuma but it's beyond the joke now. However, we have gained 27 points this season, I don't think another change is really what we need etc etc. Hope I'm not going to regret this post later in the season.
He has been pretty rubbish. Doesn’t do the defensive side and has less end product than Gray.

I would accept this argument if McNeil and Harrison had some end product, weren't painfully slow, could beat a man and weren't a bit crap overall.

Not giving Danjuma a chance in these circumstances is strange, to say the least.
They do the defensive stuff though. And McNeil has given us a decent amount of goals since Dyche came in.

I think any managerial change before new ownership is a bad call. And I say that as someone who thinks Dyche is crap. Howe is probably a good shout given he is a blue. But not until there is stability at the club.
Talk of a managerial change is nonsense, who would actually make the call? there is no one in a position to sack him or employ someone.
Moshiri is still the owner and his only interest now is selling the club for as much as he can get.
Like him or not we have to stay together until at least the season is over and pray we are still in the premier league.

Mykolenko is ultra defensive by nature so I don’t think McNeil is required out there for protection. I’d be trying Danjuma out left and McNeil central next game.
McNeil is still back supporting a hell of a lot. In my view he does it more so than Harrison, despite Myko being by far our best full back.

I’d be sticking Young RW (he played well there that game against I think Burnley?). And putting Harrison centrally. As Myko and McNeil work well so would rather not weaken one of our better links.

We have got a run of 8 games coming up now before the next international break, some of them very difficult and going into them we have just won 1 in the last 8 games and don't even look like scoring or winning. He has to find a way of scoring goals and winning some of these games or the situation is going to look dire come March so much so that even if we get some points back it might not help.

Seems an awful long time ago now nice since that decent run in December. There has to be an immediate improvement on performance and results. The next 6 weeks are of vital importance.

McNeil’s best work happens when he’s in the middle. Our best dribbler, passer & shooter. Harrison can just go on the bench if you want Young in. Mykolenko can handle his side with Danjuma not tracking back.

Yeah, I kind of agree but when he is getting 20 mins here and there (mainly), I'm still unsure on him. When it was so obvious that Beto and DCL were not working, and the midfield was outnumbered, I would have liked to seen Danjuma on the wing and Harrison in CAM position.

Sean Dyche has presided over 24 home games, as yet he hasn`t made double figures in terms of wins, drawing just 3....
