So if Ipswich come up, use all their promotion money to lash their current squad on £100k deals, putting them around 12th, they should finish 12th in the league?

It's an indicator that's all of the assets a manager has.

Utter nonsense, in fact for us it is just an indication of how we have wasted so much money on utter dross.

Lots of clubs have made stupid purchases. Yes we've made a few more than most but equally a lot of the dross have gone.

When you have a solid core of players earning top money - pickford, tarks, Doucore, DCL etc then dyche has no excuses.

No it isn't? You get impresively more dumb by the day.

he has unfortunately inherited a squad devoid of any creativity or attacking prowess or the ability to retain possession or pass a ball
He has unfortunately no ability nor desire to have a squad full of creativity or attacking prowess as he doesn't know how to structure an attacking side for the Premiership.

We could have Messi and he'll probably bench him because he ventures too far upfield.

Our home record has been awful for what, must be about 8 seasons now.

Different managers and different players, the only constant in that time? Yes, you guessed it, Everton fans.
Dyche could try actually trying to play on the front foot at home and try to put mediocre opponents under pressure. Sitting deep against average sides like Luton deserves criticism.

The only constant in my lifetime is inept performances caused by poor players and poor managers, and the fans being let down

The crowd are bored watching dross like yesterday. Why should they get behind a team who aren't showing they really want to win the game?

The expectations at Everton are at an all time low. Just show some heart, full commitment, intensity in and out of possession, and try your best to win. There are games we are playing for a draw and losing doesnt seem to be a big deal, so of course fans are disillusioned.

My Grandson sat with my son yesterday.

I asked him after the game if he sang any songs.

"They didnt sing any Grandad, they played Spirit of the blues at HT tho".

Worst fans in the history of football.

I forgot about the massive sense of entitlement.

Its almost like players feed off crowds.
It's not entitlement for me. Entitlement is the last thing any Everton supporter can be accused of.

Its seeing a team on the pitch who aren't pushing to win the game. Its seeing a team who aren't doing anything to get the crowd involved. It's seeing a team who can't do eve the basics in possession of pass and move.

Our home record is terrible because our game plan at home is terrible. Dyche sets the team up at home to sit deep and defend and maybe we'll nick something. He's been here a year and the team has no identifiable style or strengths in possession.

The fans expect to see a team at least trying to win. Far too often at home we don't get that. My question is why should supporters be happy when that happens.

The fact people are upset/sad/scared about leaving Goodison blows my mind. I can’t wait to get away from there. Horrible vibe about the place.

Do you go the game Tim?

Not a dig, I just wondered if im alone in my thoughts, the last few weeks the atmosphere has been terrible at Goodison, people moaning from minute 1, no singing, no supporting, only anger.

Im honestly debating whether I want to keep attending.
