I think he needs to update his coaching staff.

Stone and Woan have been with him for years and sometimes you need a fresh pair of eyes to help and also question.

It's a positive step looking at how to improve elements he might have a blindspot at aka attacking
Would be nice to add some attacking expertise to this staff from outside. We will never see Dyche playing Ange or Pep ball, but the next step will be to bring a bit more variety in the attack.

On the other hand, it will be a big job to add creativity and pace to the squad and also very important, as the midfield lacks of it

If you judge Dyche on outcomes then we’re currently 12th and 10 points clear of Luton. That’s his brief. The non football stuff is on someone else’s desk. I like the football personally as I’m bored of tika taka. If dom heads home some of the crosses then we’d be far happier. Fine margins I think but this is elite sport.

Anyone who thinks Dyche will change is delusional, he will not add pace to the team for the simple reason any transfer budget we have in the summer will be spent on Harrison & Young and Coleman with contracts, that's your budget gone.

Also he doesn't even change the team eg subs, so changing our attacking play? No chance

Obviously them forwards were on our list like a load more,
Also how we could purchase players had an issue as well, but dyche would have had a big say. What do you think dyche says, when Thelwell says to him I’ve found this nippy little forward for you
He likely says, OK you are the boss on these matters. And then sticks him on the bench as they are no better than what he has.

Dyche won't change his style. It's not possible. Some 500 games as a no nonsense centre half and 500 games as a pragmatic defensive manager make clear what he's about. It is what it is. Get us technically safe then he needs to be gone.

Are you telling me we have the worst squad in the whole league, because we play the worst football. He keeps us up this season well done he would have made over 10mil out of us, then there’s the door. The football is some of worst I’ve ever watched as a fan for 50yrs.

Thelwell and the sporting people from 777, if they buy the club, should already have a plan to move forward. Imagine serving up this dross in our shinny new stadium
Certainly one of them and if you think the team is playing the worse football in the league, go and talk to other fans.
Well the squad is better than Lamprads for the first half of last season, he had Rondon and maupay upfront . West Ham are 9th mate and won a trophy last Season. We know Moyes plays pragmatic football but Bowen, kudus and paquetta are miles better than what we have. I’m be hysterical but you honestly believe we have a worst squad than Burnley, shef utd and Luton to name 3. What planet you on
so after those 3 who has worse squads?

Ps DCL was still in Lampards squads but let’s not let that fact get in the way.

Now if we take big chances created we are mid table with 49. in the 21/22 season it was 33 for the whole season. Quite a telling stat for your it’s the worse we ever played and that it’s awful football. For your info, sheff utd have created 24 big chances. How about you go enjoy there free flowing football and report back.

Imagine we were actually sitting 12th now on 30 pts. I'm sure there'd be some moaning. But how relaxing would that be? You might also see some player improvement as players play without the pressure of a relegation (for the second season running).

We can play good footy, and when we have the bit between our teeth, I really like how we can play.

it's just when we aren't on it, or when we play a team that just sits back, we have nothing & the footy is horrific.

If he could have 2 tactic boards - teams who sit back tactic and teams who attack us tactic.

I'm sure upcoming opposition will be very happy knowing the deduction is impacting players, was wrong for Garner to come out and say it, think it's so stupid for the manager to say it no matter how true it is. Doesn't exactly fill me with confidence for the remaining fixtures.

The players that are whinging are hiding behind the points deduction to excuse under-performance.

It should in fact have a galvanising effect and make them angry and determined to fight harder.

The added pressure impacts.

I honestly think we have a better chance beating the likes of Crystal Palace at Goodison if we sat midtable, than we do needing to win to get out the bottom 3.

That shouldn't be the case but pressure is a weird thing.

At some point pressure gets to everyone, so I don't really blame the players

We submitted our appeal at the end of November so it's absolutely ludicrous we still haven't heard a verdict.

We have no choice but to try and get on with it, but it's not easy, and the sporting integrity of the competition is being called into question. Uncertainty almost causes more pressure than a sense of injustice. We just need to know what is happenning, even if we really don't like it.

The manager shouldn't be coming out saying it's impacting them, we could easily end up with no points back, what then? They're gunna have to get over it and put in performances like they did when we first got the 10 deducted.

We’re creating the majority of our chances from set pieces, if you enjoy that well done but it’s like watching Wimbledon in the 90’s, we’ve won 1 in 12, not scored from
Open play in 10 games, I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts in the last week and 90% have said the palace game was one of the worst they’ve seen in years and years
3 home wins all season is scandalous

Lampard was a poor manager, but to be fair the opening 5 games of last season he tried Rondon upfront, gray twice, Gordon and even McNeil. He lost Mina and Godfrey first game, doucoure 2nd game,
This is the guy all the dyche apologists are saying his absence is the reason for our bad run.
Holgate was playing at the back Tom
Davies still was getting games in midfield
DCL first start was game 11 and game 12
was the 3-0 win over palace.

You’re comparing our stats the Sheffield Utd, just come up and will go straight back down, it’s embarrassing to say it’s ok our stats are better than them,
Some fans levels have fell through the floor

I know Bielsa was under discussion here, and as a Bilbao fan for 40yrs I can say, it's the best football we've played here despite getting 12th and 10th, but requires technical gifted players and his teams are pretty vulnerable defensively. Dyche fits the current squad much better. We won't get the team dictating the game, having 70% possession under Dyche. Basically what I said. Having a team with good defensive organization, hard working, set pieces dangerous is not a bad thing, it's the first step, but now also to bring in more variety into the attack it's his next step, myb getting a threat for counter attacks and gegenpressing, as we recover a good amount of balls in the opponent's half. But for sure, there won't champaign football ever under Dyche. To expect that it would need a different squad.
