Forgot about Young, that's now more than 1.

He's played 3 new signings today. 3 out of 11, are new. With more on the way through transfer or return from injury. Dyche don't need any excuses. He's had all off-season to make this team better as a manager and hasn't.

Chermitti isn't ready.
Danjuma is fitting in.
Young is 97 years old and it's shows.

You can't dress pig in a dress and say it's pretty.

Hard to blame him for today. Made positive changes following the Villa game, and gave Chermiti a good run out. He needs players back from injury and another striker.
Yeah there’s just not much in the way of options. So have some sympathy in that regard. Tbh the underlying problem remains the mismanagement of the club. As I’ve said before, Dyche wouldn’t be near the job if we had been run properly since Moshiri took over. The fact he is the boss is reflective of where we are as a club and that ain’t changing soon. So good luck to him

Well you'd be doing the wrong call same as Dyche then mate. Spot on regarding Maupay but then it boils down to either Chermiti or Cannon. Either one afforded a bit more patience but at least playing in a familiar position.
Not for me, not starting this game. I doubt either will start for months tbh

We’ve played 2 relatively poor teams at home and barely laid a finger on them

....two teams we list to at home last season. I think ‘we laid a finger’ on Fulham, we were much better than them. I think today could‘ve gone either way, Villa away was atrocious.

it’s an dreadful start but if it’s ‘stick or twist’ with Dyche I’d certainly stick.

Because that’s the job of a manager. He doesn’t go out and play the football, he gets results through the players. I appreciate you have only mentioned this game, but he has been forced today to make those team changes for instance, and he is too slow to react - his team selections should have been different as far back as the first game at home to Fulham.

We cant on the one hand say he kept us up last season (appreciate you may not have said that) and then on the other absolve him from results. Once you start picking and choosing which results are on him or not on him, it becomes messy. His job is to get results in each and every match and win, lose or draw, he is accountable. My view is simplistic, it is on him for every game (not absolving KT/BK or FM by the way) but to start the season with three losses, six conceded and no goals scored is somehow even worse than last year.
