2023/24 Sean Dyche

We have won 35 points so far this season which is huge considering the squad we have.
I expect a deduction of 4 points to bring it back to the original ten. I am not sure we can survive if that happens.
It really puts us into a straight contest with Forest and Luton and I think they both have better recent form than us.

I'm not sure that all the pro Dyche fans are happy clappers. I think the last thirty (or should i say forty) years worth of mediocrity is starting to wear some people down.

Hence we have people who are happy enough with the performance of a manager, who has overseen our longest run of games without a win in the premier league.
He's not in the bottom 5 managers of the last 40 years.

Thats not a great accolade by any stretch, but then he's also the best of the last 3.

Thge only thing that matters now |(given our players are horiffic and better the devil you know) is staying up until we move to BMD.

Bring back Martinez, probably the last time I enjoyed watching Everton win Arsenal at Home United away Dortmond home and away, he also played youth players.

Yes his defence was crap at the end but when it was good it was good, when was the last time we can say we played well and deserved that convincing win?
He was literally part of relegating and bankrupting Wigan.

Dyche is pushing the team through the long and painful fall out the most reckless, egotistical, senseless, delusional AND least successful period in the club's history.

He may yet deliver Premier status at the end of that.

Beyond that it's down to our board and fans to stand-up for right ownership to take us into the new stadium.

PROTEST AGAINST THE BOARD, 777 - but cheer on the BLUES!

To be fair, football is the result. There is no priority before surviving in PL.
Without the point deduction, we are very comfortable in remaining in PL. Unlike the previous, we dont need to be fear until the last game.
We are 4th in defence but 19th in attack. Dyche has done his job quite well except on the goal.
Of course, it is disaster in attacking but you cannot request too much at this moment. We still have many uncertainties.
No matter Dyche will be here on next season, I hope the club and the team can restart from it.
We have wasted too much time after moshiri being the owner.
You can want him to be here next season, you can guess he will be here, like I can say he won’t be.

I’m hoping new owners with a new sporting team,
Will realise that dyche ball ain’t getting us anywhere long term and it will just alienate the fan base even more. A lot have already checked out. The atmosphere is terrible and that’s on dyche and how he sets us up

You're always coming out with this twaddle. There isn't a blue alive that wouldn't want to cement our PL status whilst simultaneously ruining Turkey Teeth's long rambling farewell.

Maybe have a lie down in a warm bath with Dychey's masterclass on your iPad. That'll make you happy.

Take it easy big feller

I think it was Wolfsburg home and away, but yes it was extremely good when it clicked and he had lots of very good football players to work with.

He'd take this lot straight down though cos they can barely kick a football in a straight line, let alone play an intricate passing game.

The managers comments about playing ugly football.

He either doesn't trust the players to play through teams or he doesn't have the craft to coach them for that type of football.

Which is it then?

If you don’t know then you obviously haven’t been watching football long

With regards to the first paragraph of your post, then there is bit of a contradiction in terms there.

You say he isn't in the bottom five managers of the last forty years, yet he overtook Mike Walkers run of games without a win this season.

As for being the best out of the last three managers well i think even you would have to agree that is a pretty low bar you're setting there.

I agree about keeping our heads above water but to hell with the devil you know. I'd rather take a punt on the devil we don't know.
