I think it’s quite sad that the very players in our youth and academy set ups, who Dyche Walker told the world, very publicly, were all crap, will probably be the ones we need to rely on to stabilise us over the next couple of years.

Not sure how that’s gonna play out with Dyche.

I wouldn’t want to play for him If I was those lads, would you, that’s even if they can get near the first team with Dyche.

We will prob extend Coleman and Youngs contracts and go and sign more pensioners if Dyche is in anyway involved - joyous times toffees!

That's bollocks. He left Burnley in a total mess with 4 wins in 30 games and a no-name who replaced him improved them significantly (W3 D2 L3).

You can’t argue that he did a decent job at Burnley. The last season wasn’t great, but they were playing with arms tied behind their back.

There arent any players standing out for the u23s by all accounts.

Disagree Dyche has a better squad than Lampard.

Lampard had Richarlison and Gordon.

If we still had Iwobi and Gray I'd be starting them too.

Lampard spent money - we've have a positive spend under Dyche.

All you can ask a manager to do is improve us - Dyche has done that in very difficult circumstances.

He didn’t have richarlison last season and gray is [Poor language removed] and Gordon isn’t the player he is now.
Dyche has a better midfield and defence
And better striker options.

Lampard lost Mina and Godfrey first game of the season and doucoure 2nd game at Villa. You know this doucoure fella who the dyche fans boys said it’s not wonder we haven’t won in 10 games because we haven’t got doucoure, no such excuses for Lampard.

He tried Rondon, McNeil, gray and Gordon at centre forward in the first 5 games, then the savour maupay turned up. DCL played 2 of the opening 13. Garner and Onana were inexperienced prem players at 20yrs of age. Tom Davies and holgate were getting games. But apparently Lampard had a better squad

Again he’s improved on the previous managers, slightly. And you could also say he’s very lucky there’s no board and the owner has checked out. Make no mistake not winning in nearly 4 months the worst run in 67 yrs. he would have been gone if this was 12/24 months ago

not winning in that time slot is sackable from any manager

I think weve seen Branthwaite slot in and stay there + McNeil he promoted at Burnley.

The current situation is odd though. Not using Patterson or Dobbin instead of underperforming players.

Wow all of those 1 min cameos and Simms' starts in games where we defended with 10 and expected him to somehow magically do it all on his own 50 feet away from a teammate.

What a chance.

That Doucoure issue has plagued every manager since he signed. The results with and without him under Carlo, Benitez and Lampard all have exactly the same outcomes as they have under Dyche.

It’s astonishing really considering Doucoure’s technical ability. And ultimately, it comes down to the DOF not bringing in a suitable back up/replacement for him, so I don’t blame Dyche for that necessarily.
