Absolute legend 👌

Usual take over murmurings starting about Dyche being replaced if / when Wing Commander Freidkin buys out Mosh…… got me wondering, does anyone think that Dyche would do things differently if the take over brought a bit more spending power (hypothetically - cba debating PSR here as well).
Or would Dyche just seek the best proponents of his style of play and carry on with his tactics but having them executed better (in theory)?

Which leads me to what would a peak Dycheball team look like? - Just a team full of the best 6ft+ footballers in each position or would he pursue more silky skilled but diminutive players in some positions? 🧐

I doubt he would change that much even if he wanted to its not as easy as just being able to completely change your management style overnight to fit with your new surroundings and it not affecting how well you pull it off. Some of the myths about how he plays and the type of players he wants are silly theres a lot more to him than that but he is a manager who takes a pretty simple approach to the game and wants hard work and tactical discipline to be the cornerstone of his team and will always think a solid defence is the best way to get results.

The guy has been a manager for about a dozen years and his style has never changed because his footballing philosophy has never changed. Be it Burnley or us, it's always been pretty much the same, week in week out. You know exactly what you're going to get, he's never going to change, does things the way he does them because that's how it's always been done, and after 38 games "Dycheball" generally delivers the job it was tasked with doing.

The Tuchel shouts, in particular, over recent days are an odd call out and likely only on the basis he is presently a free agent. Perhaps agent talk. He is quite the marmite character and his spiky touchline antics would be rather different to most of our most recent managers.
