Massive RSWas he a striker for Bury?
I think current trajectories - and Howe's history as an Evertonian - will be putting him close to the top of the "next Everton manager" list. The Saudis won't tolerate Howe much longer.
I agree with all of that - except perhaps the first paragraph. The rip cord might need to be pulled if things get bleak enough.Hes not close and there should be no sackings while Moshiri is in charge.
But ordinarily he'd be right under pressure with these results. His record here is dreadful. He's just fortunate he has inherited a club which is in an enormous mess with a fatigue from the managerial changes in recent years.
His record here is rubbish. Let's call a spade a spade. But we're gonna have to hope he finds something soon because he's not going anywhere.
Needs a couple more seasons Zat. Very , very naive tactically. Equally very promising .Steven Schumacher has Plymouth in 10th in the championship.
Sacking the manager will make absolutely no difference while Moshiri and Bill remain in charge. Especially when they would be picking a replacement.I agree with all of that - except perhaps the first paragraph. The rip cord might need to be pulled if things get bleak enough.
I would be happy with that and i reckon we would have a better chance of avoiding relegation.Give it Bainesy till end of season.
Take him in a heartbeatHowe could be available soon
Listen here. Just because I have a positive mental attitude and a different view to most over this it doesn't mean anything other than that. This is my 60th year as an Evertonian and I've seen a lot of managers come and go. I was confident we'd come back against Wimbledon when losing, even with Mike Walker as manager, because there is something about the fans at Goodison that makes the players fight to the very end, like Crystal Palace and Bournemouth. I don't want Dyche to be the manager in charge when we move into the new stadium but I think he will keep us in the Premier League until we do. I've never knee-jerked early in the season and that includes when we've started well. Bed-wet as much as you like but my sheets will always be dry.
I think the board might have got a bit twitchy if we got hammered today. But a point today probably enough to keep him above scrutiny for another couple of weeks.I agree with all of that - except perhaps the first paragraph. The rip cord might need to be pulled if things get bleak enough.
I prefer the look of that McKenna at Ipswich, he really does seem to have something about him.Needs a couple more seasons Zat. Very , very naive tactically. Equally very promising .
What exactly do you want him to say after those results? He's the one managing a group of young men with frame confidence and you're on a forum. So easy to say what you've said, but if you were in that position, you'd be saying the exact same as him.His positive spin on everything is doing my head in
Losing 1 nil at home to Fulham and Wolves is never something to talk up at Everton.
He's not someone who shares the opinions of our fans but fits in perfectly with the mindset of the club hierarchy.
Never ever an Everton manager
