Howard 1, is an exercise in what patience, stability and allowing someone time to coach and build can bring.

It’s just paying his contract up and over the length of his contract up up until he gets another job. There will be money there to do it if absolutely necessary, now whether anyone wants to spend cash on doing that is another matter
