To put things into context mate 2 seasons ago Arteta had been in the job nearly 2 years had been walloped by City 6-0 they where near bottom of the league and the fans where baying for him to be sacked claiming he didn’t know what he was doing. That was coupled with him drawing battle lines with Aubamayang and Ozil and he had won a FA Cup in that time. The board backed him and he has done a great job so far. Dyche is a different manager with a lesser playing squad, hasn’t got everything right but he is slowly getting a tune out of this team. We have a fully fit squad currently for the 1st time so the next couple of months is a better barometer to praise him or beat him. There are some plugs to still fill in this team/squad but this isn't a short fix.
Arteta obviously had money to improve his team. The big difference is they play different styles and the arteta style is the only way you will lay a glove on the top 10 in the premier league these days.

That’s why dyche will be gone in 18months.

One thing that hasnt really had much coverage, but Bournemouth was the first time (at the 14th attempt) that Dyche's team has scored more than a single goal at Goodison.
Also Doucoure's was the first goal at the Gwladys street end since Colemans winner against Leeds.
