2023/24 Sean Dyche

How many has he had a center forward for in comparison to the rest of the variables in the comparable data set.

It’s not comparing like for like is it.

I mean, can you compare a club with no fit center forward and no resources to invest say vs Harry Cattericks Mersey Millionaires.

The data set is flawed for a start.
Mike Walker is the worse and not sure how many player he was missing but Royal took the same players a d the fa cup.
He had a striker in maupay, he just played hoofball to him instead of in the floor
He had a striker for the last 2 home games and we won non

Dyche was desperate for the job. He was second choice behind Lampard.

There was the whole bielsa first choice by mosh, chances are dyche who was unemployed for at least a year wasn’t in a position to demand vast sums for a compo payout when sacked. Plus stone and woan aren’t a huge back room continent.

Could be relatively cheap.

I don't remember the figure, but it is not cheap.

You've got the desperation backwards. Everton were far more desperate for Dyche than Dyche was for a job.

Dyche was well aware of what a shambles our club is and still took the job. That's how desperate he was.

Errrrr, results maybe?
1 goal at home maybe?
8 Goals at home since he took over?
4 defeats on the bounce at home for the first time in our history?
Worst win percentage of any Everton manager?
Havent scored twice at home since he's been manager?
He is a relegation fodder manager?
His CV is garbage?
2nd half of games we resort to hoof ball?

Maybe thats not enough for you but 99% of the fan base it is.
It is alright if Dyche stays on and we are just numb to the results, you have to wonder how shameless one can get as he continues to harp on about 'atmosphere', 'details', and the 'two years before he got here' bits. It will no doubt make tremendous reputational damage, not to mention emotional damage to Evertonians like Woan. Nobody wants him to do badly, if anything we wish him success. But you can only be so crap before you are considered absolute garbage as a manager. And no amount of xG can mask the odourous excrement that will be our points total when he eventually gets the sack, particularly if he does not articulate the situation well enough between now and then.
