2024/25 Sean Dyche

For what I see, is that there's a new issue every week, and something band aided every week. There's no consistency to what we do, and it's worrying, but there are good things that happen and because of this I'm not even thinking about relegation. That shouldn't be in the discussion anyway, mid table should be. I'm with you in that there's something off, and I mean to be honest it's Dyche, he's just not a great manager, but he'll be good enough to get us through. That doesn't seem to be enough for most people, and that's fair.
Same i am still looking until clear from it also does not mean i want the club to give him a new contract becuase i dont think is the right person to build a team here

I think he’s had an opportunity, an audition to prove that he could again incrementally improve and manage a club like this with the demands we see in threads like this across a spectrum, to state a case to stay in even for a year or two as a steady hand while the club stabilises.

He needed or needs to be 10th-12th, with signs of development.

He's so far fluffed that audition.

I’m incredibly grateful to him, because the last two seasons - were great achievements to manage those situations.

He’s also going to leave us in a better position then when he arrived,

But ultimately it’s a highly paid result's business position that has to show evidence of improvement and development - that hasn’t happened here thus far this season.

He has a problem to solve in terms of performances - because the players are off very basic things that should be taken for granted, I think he will, we’re in a funk, we may have gone too safe after Bournemouth, but his history here and seeing these players full tilt tells us we’l be fine.

But for his position, he’s tanking the audition, when it was a real opportunity.

Which one of Doucoure, McNeil or Harrison are better than players in relegation teams? Because all 3 have been relegated.
See also Pickford, Tarkowski, Gana and Keane. This is a poor squad of players.

And I accept the manager is awful too.
that's the point. All of them, at the time they were relegated anyway. They moved on to clubs that weren't going to the championship

Are these stats allowed? We're still as close to 12th as we are to the drop zone, he's under no immediate threat.
