2024/25 Sean Dyche

Ive got the Dyche blues…

I didn’t want Nuno and still wouldn’t.
Nuno at best is a slightly better mananger than dyche. Things going well for Forest But they will end up bottom half, he bombed at spurs.

Fair enough. It's all about opinions though.

He brought Wolves up, and he also got them to the QF's of the Europa, whilst also maintaining their league placing of 7th. His lowest finish in this league was 13th. I think he'd have been a solid appointment for us at the time, but maybe I just have the benefit of hindsight.

We can all not rate managers. It's the importance that people place upon their own often incorrect opinions that I find weird. Battle lines for the next manager appointment have already been drawn, and the loop will continue.

A huge factor with managers is the fit. He's not under much pressure at Forest and his set up suits the players they have. He was under pressure and badly out of his depth at Tottenham.

Everton had Marco Silva yet he ended up being sacked. He's doing very nicely at Fulham. They play some lovely football and create a ton of chances yet he wasn't exactly loved by fans at Goodison Park.

Who would be a good fit at Everton?!

Well seeing as it's November and not May and none of us are Nostrodamus, what choice do we have but our opinion? The stats and results patterns also suggest we aren't going down, hopefully that'll help you feel much better too matey.
Results pattern?

PPG this season is 0.9 which if that was maintained throughout the season would see us finish with 34 points!

In the 1st 10 games to get that PPG we have played Brighton 8th, Spurs 7th, Bournemouth 10th, Villa 6th, Leicester 15th, Crystal Palace 17th, Newcastle 11th, Ipswich 18th, Fulham 9th and Southampton 19th and none of the top 5 in the league as it currently stands. We`ve played 4 of the bottom 6!

What will that rate be after the next 10 which includes West Ham (A), Brentford (H), Man Utd (A), Wolves (H), Liverpool (H), Arsenal (A), Chelsea (H), Man City (A), Forest (H) and Bournemouth (A). We are likely to be in or around the bottom 3 after those next fixtures if Dyche is not removed.

FYI the next 3 after that is Villa (H), Spurs (H), Brighton (A).... how many points can you see from them next 13? We could be in deep deep trouble after 23 games and then it is panic stations and a big ask for a new man to pick up that position than the current one.

Has to go, massively failed to kick on, majority of the fanbase want him gone, every poll is over 90% out. Seemingly the only people that want him is the self harming supporters and the self harming football club itself.

Saw yesterday a league table from the last 38 premier league games that had us in the top 10 with 50 pts? Not sure where it was from but will try to find it again, if this is true its hardly sack the manager form? I do want him gone but I imagine people within the club would be more than happy with his performance?

Its BS,

7 wins in 30 games since Dec 2023, 31 points from the last 90 available and not difficult to see this guy does not know how to win games...

THIS season with THIS squad, 2 wins from 10 playing more turgid football than Allardyce.

Surely if anyone is still defending Dyche and think his record is good enough and what you see on the pitch suggests better is just around the corner then clearly they are absolutely delusional. Keeping Dyche will do nothing but further damage Everton FC, why would anyone want to do that, perhaps those still supporting him are either trolling or Kopites in disguise.

I seen one in august that has us 16 th overall since he got here , and that was before this horror run we’re on now , what matters is what’s happening this season

He won 6 of the 8 before the Dec 23 so the table is correct, as I said I want him gone as it is awful, but I imagine Thewell and Chong are more that happy with that return.
