Just a crap manager in every aspect.... not sure how anyone defends him unless the standards for your own club is on the floor...

Really really sad isn’t it, that we’ve dropped so low and the fans have been broken so badly by the way our club has been ran, which means that this clown is deemed good enough and acceptable for Everton FC, and be paid handsomely for the privilege (he doesn’t see it as a privilege either!)

Onana making a complete show of him now, with his on field performances and his comments about emery and villa vs Dyche.

I agree, I don`t know about anyone else but I`m sick and tired of being crap and the but of every other supporters and media jokes.

I`m also sick of being told by our own fans that we have to accept this crap and I`m not allowed to want better for this club.

Dyche doesn`t survive last season in any other club in any other league yet we are stuck with this crap and our fans just accept it, it`s madness... We are circling the drain and if standards don`t improve very very soon we will go down this season.

One of our worst ever managers with one of the worst ever records has convinced a significant amount of people that he is our saviour and we couldn't survive without him. Keeping us up twice equals saviour status when the question should actually be why the hell are we continuously in relegation battles. You only have to look at this guys record before us and with us and his ambitions for the season to answer that. We are exactly where we should be. This fella can slag the fans off, blame the players, blame the fact that the problems existed before he came, anything but accept responsibility.

It was mostly the fans that kept us up the past 2 seasons, not this bottom feeder. Sure the clubs got problems and the players are nowhere near top level but i 100% believe that if they were managed properly by a more competent manager with a positive attitude and ambition, we would comfortably be a mid table team that is progressing forwards.

I don't think anyone can be surprised that Onana is saying Emery is streets ahead of Dyche.

I think Villa did very well to get him. Let's not forget thet they spent a long time in the Championship (by their standards) and needed a steady Eddie/limited Dyche type to get there and stabilise. Before a mis-step in Gerrard.

We really should be looking at Villa long term.

I'm not sure I'm being fair to Dean Smith mentioning him in the same breath as Dyche.
 
Not sure Everton fans are accepting of Dyche at all , there is no connection with the guy, hes basically been carrying the club for 18-19 months while we have a great big vacuum of power at board level , he’s not managing like anyone else in the league, Dyche might walk past half of our board at goodison and say “who the hell are you” ,such is the mess we are in,he deserves to go he’s had a terrible start to the season as his sides often do, but we have not one person at board level who cares enough to sack him or source a decent replacement ,until we get new owners( which is not remotely close) with there own ideas and who want there own man we’re stuck in never ending purgatory,which isn’t good for any evertonian, I mean we have people who know the inside details of dyches contract via leaked info , No properly run club acts this way

no incorrect. Besides thats not the point. Point is Onanas view on Dyche, not our view on Onana. I thought he was good but hard to judge someone in a lunatic asylum…
