I get some don’t have time for The Esk, but listened to his podcast last week and he hinted that if Dyche is sacked he gets a full year salary, or something of that effect, regardless of how long he has left on his contract. Due to Everton being skint the pay off package may keep him here until the end of the season. Obviously this may just be rumours, but could be possible.

You’re absolutely right of course. But even the Dyche defenders and I’ve been one of them, acknowledge that the time has come to make a change if it’s financially possible to do so. The fans badly need a lift, some hope. A new young(ish) manager with fresh ideas would breathe new life in to the fan base.

I think I’d feel differently if he had managed sustained improvement but we just seem to be going backwards. Someone on here posted a list of his results back to the barren stream last season and it made really grim reading.

I genuinely think he’s looking to get sacked. That performance last night ranks high on the all time worst list and his subs are getting even more bizarre even for him. Taking your big lump striker off and putting your small number 10 there and still hoofing balls at him? Insane.
The team are very clearly not being coached. To surrender 75% possession at home to anybody but your Citys and Arsenals is an embarrassment. No matter how much it costs he needs to be shown the door today as the only way is down with him in charge. What is it now, 5 wins in all comps since December? The rot is permanent at this stage.
