2024/25 Sean Dyche

Dyche played Young over Godfrey and deemed Godfrey surplus to requirements so I have no idea why you’re trying to use that one. Dyche is in fact the only reason Young has been anywhere near the football club to begin with.

Also you’ve banged on for years about how Michael Keane is a one man relegation machine who would send us down on his own, so how are you about to spin Dyche choosing to continue playing him ahead of other options?

Where have I spun this? I’ve literally said in this thread if he carries on picking him he’ll get fired.

You can criticise aspects of Dyche’s management and still think he’s done a decent job overall. It’s called not existing in a completely binary world. Why don’t you give it a try.

We also need to get out of the mindset that we just need a steady pair of hands. We just need someone safe like Moyes. We need to take risks or we'll never achieve anything.
Moyes offers the best of both worlds in that he is a safe pair of hands who can actually build and carry a team higher up the table. I could get being against him if he was past it, but he had arguably the best spell of his career at West Ham given he finally won a cup, and in Europe no less. People can say it is easy to win, but Spurs and Villa weren't able to win it despite having better players.

I don’t really care about press conferences. I want to see improvement on the pitch.

I don’t care if the manager is handsome, if they wear tasteful knitwear, if they like to gesticulate and make a fool of themselves on the touchline.

What matters is if the manager is professional, gives his all and is good at the job.

Yep, actions speak louder than words. Ain’t interested in talk.

I huge risk is taken by keeping this manager!

Have you not seen how we play football
Howthe results are
How is managerial record is
How is points per game ratio us
How is goals per game ratio is

Yeah I've seen all that and I still think I'd prefer stick than see these guys bumble around looking for another manager. I'm still pretty certain he will keep us up
